Process

Our customers outsource the management of their telecoms to Neoditel, from infrastructures to applications, from billing aspects to the help desk. A full-featured service ranging from from global piloting of the subject up to the activation of an option on a BlackBerry… Neoditel dedicates multidisciplinary project team with its own methods and specific software tools (Neoditel's own TEM platform). This team is led by a Telecom Manager, main interlocutor of the customer's General Management. The Telecom Manager is working with one or more analysts, who perform the various tasks included in the service agreement. An IT expert assists the team in the processing of data, the optimal use of the TEM tool, or even its adaptation to specific needs.

Pricing Scheme

Following the joint definition of the geographical, organizational, technical and financial perimeters of the telecom outsourcing mission, Neoditel and its customer agree on a fixed annual amount for a multi-year period.
Outsourcing of telecom management to Neoditel is – at a minimum - self-financing, and generally generating significant savings for the company.
In the practice, streamlining of telecom management, done by dedicated experts, brings such a level of consistency between infrastructure, offers, rates and uses that it allows a real reduction of the TCO of telecoms.
